Conduct, lead or provide advice on employee investigations, including workers’ compensation claims, sexual harassment claims, and employee misconduct.

LITIGATION
Represent employers in employment related claims brought before State and Federal courts (including appeals), participate in mediation, arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution procedures.

LABOR ISSUES

Represent employers in union grievances, pre-disciplinary hearings, labor arbitrations, defend unfair labor practice charges, negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
